Licensing Models

Simple Licensing Based on Sites and Time

DINGO licensing is intentionally simple. Each license is defined by the number of licensed sites and the license expiration date. There are no study-volume limits, storage-volume limits, or per-user limits.

DINGO Site

Single-site migration projects

Designed for single-site healthcare organizations running short-term or one-time DICOM migration projects.

  • Single site
  • Time-limited license
  • Best for short migration projects
  • Basic Support

Basic support includes standard email or ticket-based assistance for installation, license activation, and general usage questions. It does not include 24/7 support.

DINGO Enterprise

Long-term migration operations

For organizations running larger, recurring, or long-term DICOM migration operations across multiple sites.

  • Multi-site or enterprise-wide license
  • Number of sites defined by the agreement
  • Longer-term license options
  • Enterprise Support

Enterprise support includes priority handling, onboarding assistance, advanced troubleshooting, migration planning support, and agreed support channels during normal business hours. It does not include 24/7 support unless separately agreed in writing.

Licensing

Activate DINGO per installation

After deployment, DINGO shows a hardware ID in Setup > License. Use the provided license file to activate the system for the customer environment.
